Timber Deck – Bellbowrie

UVM Constructions were called to this job to reinstate the old timber balcony deck while extending the length for extra room to add to the property getting ready for sale! The decking we used was Merbau, and for the joists we used H3 treated pine. This new and improved balcony deck has increased value and added a nice feature for the Bellbowrie home sale.
